I wish I read all these comments before I bought an item for my wife. Reading them now, it doesn't look like I will ever get it. The website looked legit and American made...I was surprised when the shipping company was coming from China! Good thing I got a back up gift for Valentine's day or I would be short. I ordered in plenty of time. The tracking page is very busy and colorful, but presents no useful information about where your package. Just says, " In Transit" well I would hope so, since you got my money. It's so slow, they must have shipped it by sea,, in a row boat. It will be a miracle if I get this item...too bad, it was cute. Update on my order. About a month later I got my item! I was surprised to see activity starting to take place on the tracking website, updating me on where my package was in the process. So if you are willing to wait about 20 to 30 days...I would recommend them. They are not for quick gifts. I'm changing my rating from a 1-star to a 4- star. Would be 5 but, the website was misleading, on shipping time.
